Alexandra Makowski, CFP®, MPAS® joined CFS Investment Advisory Services full time in 2015 after graduating from Marist College, where she earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Having grown up around the firm, Alexandra developed an early interest in financial planning and client service and has built her career at CFS advising individuals and families on achieving their long-term financial goals.
Alexandra earned her Master’s Degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning and holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Master Planner Advanced Studies (MPAS®) designations. She also holds her securities and insurance licenses. In her role, Alexandra works closely with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans, focusing on goal setting, investment strategy, and long-term financial security.
Alexandra is married, a mother, and resides in New Jersey, where she balances her professional responsibilities with family life.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Center for Financial Planning, Inc. owns and licenses the certification marks CFP®, Certified Financial Planner®, and CFP® (with plaque design) in the United States to Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., which authorizes individuals who successfully complete the organization's initial and ongoing certification requirements to use the certification marks.
