Julio Fiallos, MBA is a Retirement Plans Analyst at CFS Investment Advisory Services, LLC, where he supports the firm’s retirement plan advisory services through financial analysis, reporting, and operational support. Julio has been with CFS since June 2016 and plays an integral role in helping ensure plan data, analysis, and client deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with fiduciary best practices.
Julio brings a strong analytical background and extensive experience in financial services. Prior to joining CFS, he held roles in financial operations, benefits analysis, accounting, and accounts receivable across several organizations, including Mars, where he supported benefits-related financial analysis, and other firms where he managed transaction tracking, reporting, and reconciliation functions. His experience has provided him with a detailed understanding of financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.
Julio earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Accounting from Montclair State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University–Newark. He is skilled in financial analysis, Microsoft Excel, SAP, and data-driven reporting, and is fluent in Spanish.
Julio resides in Nutley, New Jersey, with his wife and two children.
